Castorcito is a Drupal module that lets you use a JSON field with predefined components types. These components are reusable building blocks that combine structure, presentation, and behavior, making them ideal for constructing various parts of a website. Examples of components types are banners, accordions, tabs, cards, etc.
You can define components types as configuration entities through the Drupal administrative interface. If you're just starting out, we recommend activating the 'Base Pack' module, which offers several commonly used components to help you get started easily.
With your component types already defined, your next step is to configure a JSON field to use the 'Castorcito component' widget in 'Manage form display,' allowing you to add components as needed. Make sure to configure the available options.
Finally, you need to select the format "Castorcito Component" for the same field in the "Manage Display". Now you are ready to generate content.
